As I sit back and reflect on my career in the last 16 years, it’s amazing to see how I have shaped up as an individual. While I say that with a lot of humility and modesty I definitely owe most of it to my School where I was taught “Life Skills”! They say the foundation needs to be strong & go deep for the building to stand tall & be able to weather all the seasons. I wanna Thank All my Teachers and Principal who guided me, advised me and molded me to be an individual who has not learned to quit but to stand firm and grounded. Today as I Head the Learning and Development department for one of the leading IT firms in India, my teachers saw the potential in me and believed in me much before I could even see it happening! The success of my accomplishments are not mine alone. That is something that I have learned and I practice that with my 7-year-old daughter – always encouraging her and believing that she too will make a difference to this world in her own little way!
